Is there really a free tier?

Yes. Every account gets 25 AI tokens per month at no cost — no credit card required. Free accounts can only use Claude Haiku.

Why do some models cost more tokens?

More powerful models consume more tokens from your monthly quota to reflect their higher compute cost. Claude Haiku = 1 token, GPT-4o mini = 2 tokens, Claude Sonnet = 3 tokens, GPT-4o = 5 tokens.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

Your tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you hit your limit early, you can top up with extra credits or upgrade to a higher plan.

Are there unlimited plans?

No. Every plan has a hard monthly cap — there are no unlimited tiers. This keeps the service fair and the platform fast for everyone.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via our secure billing partner Polar.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. Cancel any time from your billing portal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Is Testbudy allowed during exams?

No. Testbudy is a study and preparation tool only. Using it during a live, proctored, or restricted assessment violates our Terms of Service.
